The PSD Data Access Framework is a facility designed to provide the basic services of discovery, inspection and retrieval of datasets and related information. It is planned to provide enough information for a user (be it an individual, or community) to determine whether a dataset is suitable for their specific needs and to be able to retrieve that data; it is not a tool for in-depth analysis.

This PRE-release version forms part of the development process. Selected PSD datasets are being used to test the intended flexibility of the system; during this phase no guarantees of service delivery can be promised.
